Position: Biology Teacher & Coordinator
Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Reporting To: Head of Secondary (Line Manager)
Start Date: August 2026

1. The Institution & The Context

Biology is a core execution pillar of our newly established STEM Directorate. We are seeking a
dynamic educator who can connect abstract theoretical physics concepts directly to tangible
engineering, robotics, and applied math projects.
The Operational Architecture: You answer directly to the Head of Secondary (Line Manager) for
classroom execution and behavioral standards. You receive your Project-Based Learning (PBL) designs
and quality assurance feedback from the STEM and Academic Directors.

2. Core Responsibilities & Mandate
 Curriculum Delivery: Execute rigorous IGCSE/A-Level Biology instruction.
 Project-Based Learning (PBL): Serve as the classroom executioner for the STEM Directorate’s
vision, successfully facilitating at least two cross-disciplinary STEM/Robotics projects per term.
 Extracurricular Leadership: Spearhead the enrollment and successful delivery of a
Physics/Engineering after-school club.

3. The Candidate Profile
 Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, paired with a recognized teaching
qualification.
 Experience:3+ years teaching UK curriculum Biology, with proven, documentable capability in
executing Project-Based Learning (PBL).
 Sourcing Strategy: Target educators with a strong foundational understanding of applied
sciences and engineering principles

Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive tax-free monthly salary of 11,000-16,000 SAR

Housing & Transport: Accommodation allowance equivalent to 25% of base with Transport at 10% of base.

Education: Full tuition coverage for dependent children.

Relocation & Travel: Annual economy-class flight allowance, relocation assistance, and settling in allowance at a maximum of one base salary.
