We place teachers and leaders in international schools across the MENA region: the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt and Iraq.
What kinds of roles do you recruit for?
Class and subject teachers, SEND specialists, middle leaders and senior leadership appointments, including principals and heads of school.
What qualifications do I need?
Most international schools ask for a degree and a recognised teaching qualification, plus relevant classroom experience. Requirements vary by country, school and role, so we'll tell you what applies to each position you're considering.
When is the best time to apply?
Many schools start recruiting for August and September starts several months ahead, and some roles start in January. It's never too early to send us your CV so we can look out for the right role.
How do I apply?
Apply for a specific role on our job board, or send us your CV and tell us what you're looking for. A consultant will get in touch to talk it through.
What happens after I send my CV?
We'll call you to learn about your experience, your goals and where you'd like to live. Then we introduce you to schools that fit and support you through interviews, offers and onboarding.
What checks will I go through?
Every candidate goes through our UK-compliant safer recruitment process, including in-depth vetting, reference checks and qualification checks.
Do I need my certificates attested?
Many schools and authorities in the region ask for degree and teaching certificates to be attested before you start. Our attestation service can handle this for you.
What salary and benefits can I expect?

Do you run recruitment events?
