I’m Marc Ashford, CEO and founder of Transform Recruitment. Having worked in recruitment for more than 20 years, I know that finding the right people is about far more than filling vacancies. It is about creating meaningful connections that can change lives.
My passion for special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) recruitment is deeply personal. My son, George, is deaf and attends a specialist deaf setting. Through his experiences, I have seen first-hand the extraordinary difference that dedicated, compassionate and highly skilled professionals make to a child and their family.
That understanding is at the heart of everything we do. In SEND recruitment, good enough is never enough. Every child and young person deserves the very best support, and every school and specialist setting deserves professionals who share that commitment.
